THE FUNCTION
Responsible to ensure that procured items are received and inspected as per specifications and recorded in the Inventory Management System and to ensure all daily deliveries are documented, processed accurately and timely in the Inventory Management System in terms of correct store, cost center, quantity and pricing to generate Daily Receiving Report. Maintain HACCP records, assure proper storage conditions and route items to relevant departments .Record and report overages, shortages and discrepancies.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s Degree/diploma in Accounting, Business or Finance
- Good foundation in basic accounting theories and principles with good working knowledge of HACCP and industry’s generally accepted receiving practices.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Hotel Industry (5 star preferable) with at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Knowledge and experience with Uniform System of Accounts Hotel Industry.
