Job Description
Tasks
You make information available by connecting data sources and developing tableau dashboards. You identify deviations and opportunities, enabling steering capabilities and thereby ensuring a well-balanced portfolio development. In addition, you support with business cases and standard reporting.
BI & Analytics
- Holistic and multidimensional business performance analysis
- Develop new KPIs for Performance and Success measurement
- Develop new Tableau Dashboards
- Connect new data from partners via API into our dashboards
- Ensure data quality
Requirements
- University degree in IT, data science, economics or comparable long-term experience
- Experience in BI, reporting, portfolio management and/or other relevant aviation fields is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills and precise working methods, preferably knowledge in statistics
- Good knowledge of digital processing, presenting of data as well as common programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, cloud based data integration, etc. as well as MS Office
- Capability to break down complex issues and display them in a clear way
- Proactive team player with independent style of working
- Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
- Very good spoken and written English, German an advantage
- Unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market

Reporting
- Be responsible for the monthly standardized commercial reporting
- Initiate and prepare information and decision bases for the company’s steering committees and category managers/product owner
- Prepare analytical deep dives and answering commercial ad hoc questions
Portfolio Management
- Support business cases calculations and success control
- Support Project Portfolio processes
- Support Budget and forecast processes
