PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE:Â
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cinema, including ticketing, concessions, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons.
- Team Management:Â Recruit, train, and manage cinema staff, fostering a positive and customer-centric work culture. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Customer Service Excellence:Â Maintain and enhance high standards of customer service to create a positive and memorable cinema experience. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management:Â Manage the cinema’s financial performance, including budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost control measures. Implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial targets.
- Programming and Content Management:Â Collaborate with distributors and studios to curate an engaging and diverse film lineup. Plan and execute promotions, events, and special screenings to attract and retain audiences.
- Facility Maintenance:Â Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of the cinema facility meet high standards. Coordinate with relevant teams for repairs and improvements.
- Marketing and Promotion:Â Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive attendance, increase ticket sales, and promote loyalty programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Inventory and Concessions Management:Â Manage inventory levels for concessions, ensuring a sufficient and appealing selection for patrons. Implement efficient ordering and stocking procedures.
- Health and Safety Compliance:Â Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness, sanitation, and emergency procedures. Conduct regular training sessions to uphold safety standards.
- Community Engagement:Â Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, including schools, businesses, and organizations. Implement community engagement initiatives and partnerships.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports related to attendance, revenue, and customer feedback. Use data to make informed decisions and implement improvements.
