About The Role
We are looking for Clienteling Consultant for Bloomindale store in Dubai Mall to maximize the clienteling tool from Proximity while leveraging the online capabilities and create an omni-channel experience for the customers to build brand loyalty while gaining share of wallet and increasing customer lifetime value.
What You’ll Be Doing
To create a seamless service experience between store and online platforms.
To recruit new clients and build robust clientele for long-term relationships to maximize customer LTV (Lifetime Value).
To provide appropriate suggestions to clients based on trend and/or occasion and to provide a personalized approach according to customer requirements (fit, coverage, body type, colour, etc.) with strong sense of style.
To collaborate with various stakeholders (VM, Marketing, Online and Buyers) for ultimate customer experience.
Increase key metrics, including: Clientele Data Captured %, Outreach Volume, Email Open Rate/Email Conversion Rate WhatsApp Conversion and No. of Appointments/Appointment Conversion Rate.
You have a passion in clienteling and ability to priorities and organize own work in order to make the most efficient use of time available. You are driven to exceed goals and possess a desire to improve ways of working. You have interest into luxury fashion.
Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline.
Minimum 5years of retail sales experience including hosting appointments and proficient at communicating via e-mail and other messaging applications.
Proficiency with clientele application with merchandise suggestions or similar
Strong English communication skills.
Good knowledge of Omni-channels
Genuine interest and knowledge of luxury fashion industry
Ability to work under pressure and achieve KPIs
Personal leadership and interpersonal skills
