About the Role:
The IT Accounts Manager will be responsible to fulfill Divisional IT requirements by providing efficient and effective use of People, Processes and Tools & Technologies and align IT Services with the current and future needs of the Division by reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Should be holding bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / IT related degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Development and Project Management of IT Projects.
- Should have work in similar position for least 2 years.
- Knowledge of IT Governance (Six Sigma, COBIT)
- Reviewing application utilization statistics with an objective to ensure optimal performance, initiate corrective action to fix any issues arising out of the review.
- Gathering and Documenting business requirements to assist the solution selection.
- Identifying, evaluating, and documenting business needs and objectives, operational processes and procedures, problems, and requirements.
- Analyzing, recommending and implementing IT Systems and Technology to benefit business needs
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.
