Changi Airport is embarking on a journey of digital transformation towards an integrated and pre-emptive airport where we implement innovative ways in optimising resource allocation and improving passenger experience. We are excited to invite passionate individuals to join us on this journey as part of IT Business Partner (IT BP) team, specializing in the Robotics & Intelligent Automation domain.
You will be part of the IT BP team within the Airport Ops Tech & Corporate IT Division. As the strategic point-of-contact for Tech & IT matters, you will partner the various business units (e.g. Airport Ops, Finance, Commercial) and chart the business technology development roadmaps to align with the various strategic business outcomes, with a focus on Robotics & Intelligent Automation use cases. You will assess common needs across various business roadmaps, plan prioritisation of efforts and work with the internal technical teams to provide streamlined support for successful implementation of robotic systems at scale.
You will also serve as a partner for solution discovery, proactively sharing knowledge of technology opportunities and risks to solve problems for business units and improve efficiency and effectiveness.

You have experience in developing or elaborating high-level plans in a changing environment. You have a proactive and collaborative mindset, and are outcome-focused and solution-oriented. You must have the ability to understand business challenges and needs and translate these to technical requirements and solutions. You have experience managing matrix structures and managing diverse teams and projects.
- Degree(s) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related discipline.
- 6+ years professional experience in related field with exposure to various technical environments, digitalization and business segments, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in Robotics & Autonomous systems.
- Familiar with development tools including Robot Operating System (ROS/ROS2), Linux environment; programming in C++/Python
- Familiar with robotic systems architecture, interfaces, effectors and sensors
