Job Description
CAG is looking for motivated individuals to join the Development Operations team to spearhead operations enhancement, terminal expansion, and other future airport development projects.
As part of our cross-functional team, you will be working on a wide range of development projects to enhance and transform the airport experience. Specifically, you will undertake the design and development of passenger experience, operational processes and terminal facilities across different touchpoints at Changi Airport. You will also conduct operational tests and trials, as well as collaborate with various airport partners to ensure successful completion of the development projects.
Requirements:
- Good degree.
- At least 3 or more years of experience in managing operations, asset enhancement initiatives or large-scale developmental projects would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently and with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
