About the Role:
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible to understand Almarai business requirements and any technical limitations, to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will be working in agile teams, with UX designers, business analysts, developers and technical writers. Experience in designing end-to-end digital products.
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Should be holding bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems or MIS
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of core UI design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Expertise in UI/UX software such as Figma or Adobe Photoshop is a must. A basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work along with UX designers to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Extensive experience in using UI design principles and best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to communicate design solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
- Be passionate about all things related to UI other areas of design and innovation.
- Showcase UI/UX portfolio and experience.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.
