The Role / Opportunity

 

To direct, coordinate, and effectively manage the traditional trade channel strategy and objectives with countries across Gulf (Excluding KSA) in order to achieve budgeted sales and profit for the channel, maximize sales and margin of Almarai products from the overall business.

 

The ideal Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

 

  • Post-graduate in Sales and Marketing
  • 10-12 Years’ experience in large FMCG organization, preferably in a dairy company
  • 5-year managerial experience in GCC region
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
  • With UAE driving license
  • Computer literate
  • Adept in budget preparation and planning

 

Areas of Responsibility includes but not limited to:

  1. Achievement of budgeted sales  margin/volume of Dairy,food,Juice, bakery and poultry products.
  2. Manage channel budgets as per agreed investment plans and maintain budget trackers.
  3. Market responsiveness.
  4. Activation strategy outlet plan and execute short term specific sales accelerating activity by country.
  5. Develop plans to achieve timely and cost effective NPD launches
  6. Plans to improve TT Channel Profitability
  7. Develop and implement compelling channel plans to drive net revenue and market share
