Role Summary:

The Senior Manager – Leadership Development plans, executes, and evaluates leadership development programs, working closely with cross-functional teams. They have a proven track record in managing custom programs and excel in communication and stakeholder relationships.


Role Profile:

  • Support the Director – Leadership Development in developing, planning, and implementing leadership development programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals, values, and desired leadership behaviors.
  • Support in the creation of a comprehensive leadership development approach that meets the needs of various strategic populations in the organization.
  • Manage all aspects of leadership development projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support in the design and lead in the implementation and management of all leadership development programs.
  • Oversee the creation of a comprehensive curriculum, including workshops, seminars, experiential programs, and online learning modules, designed to foster the right leadership behaviors at various levels of the organization.
  • Develop and implement evaluation methodologies to assess the efficacy and impact of leadership development programs.
  • Build, own and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and that they are aligned with MAF’s leadership development approach.



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Occupational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, L&D).
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field with 3+ years specifically in leadership and executive development.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development methodologies and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in driving impact within a leadership or organizational development context.
  • ICF-credentialed coach at ACC or PCC level.
  • Experience facilitating leadership development programs
