THE FUNCTION

To lead the Social Media efforts for Address Hotels + Resorts and its brands, as part of the overall business, marketing and brand strategy. The overall responsibility includes the development and deployment of the Social Media strategy and its associated activations under the direction of the Director of Brand, Address Hotels + Resorts, with the aim to maximize share of voice, editorial value, reach, hits, as well as customer acquisition, engagement, retention and brand awareness and exposure.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive Social Media management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering strategic social media and hands-on social media tactics.
  • Strong background in content creation and management in social media.
  • Expert in social media content development, management and analytics.
  • Expert in Social Studio solution for social media management and analytical reporting.
  • A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.
  • Minimum qualification required diploma/bachelor’s degree preferably in social media.

  • Ensure achievement of Brand Social Media goals – Financial, Non-Financial and Initiatives
  • Completion of projects on time, within budget and based on set quality standards.

  • Seamless Communication across all levels of the business unit.

ABOUT THE FUNCTION

 

This function is to ensure exceptional Guest Experience in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless stay experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our Rooms and other facilities, by delighting them from Check in until Check out.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role / similar experience in a 5 star hospitality industry.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma is required/ College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 – 3 year experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.

  • Conduct all operational tasks in Front Office while living up to service standards and procedures.
