PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve overall productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain processes to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or overstock situations.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative approaches to operations management.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing various software and tools for data analysis and operational management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
