Job Description
PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve overall productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Proven experience of 5 years in operations management, preferably within the luxury goods, jewelry, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing various software and tools for data analysis and operational management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
